This is an estimate based on initial details provided and/or surveyed volume only. Final
invoice amount based on actual hours worked and might differ from estimate
above.
Any changes to hourly rates quoted will be communicated and must be approved by client
verbally or in writing prior to start of the move.
BBX Systems cannot accept responsibility for additional costs incurred resulting from
areas over which we have no control, such as but not necessarily limited to:
- Elevator breakdowns
- Construction delays or delays resulting from on-site trades people
- Strikes, lockouts or restrictions imposed by local or regional governments where
such restrictions were not in place at the time of the original request for
quotation
- Severely inclement weather conditions
- Consequences of situations of Force Majeure
Should there be occasions where the foregoing scenarios come into force, we would
suggest that potential increases resulting there from be mutually negotiable.
Your move may be serviced by one of our Owner Operator Partners that has been trained
and vetted by us. Our partners are a big part of our team and operate under BBX Systems.
